The New Modern Awards come into effect from 1 January 2010, however no monetary changes will come infto effect until 1 July 2010. Wage tables for 1sy July 2010 onwards will be distributed once the Fair Work Authority has handed down the 2010 Federal Minimum Wage Order.

You will note as per the above instructions thought the titles have changed to reflect the new awards the monetary amounts are the same as they have been since 01 October 2008 and will stay the same until 1 July 2010.
